Honestly, couldn't ask for any better!

Naohito Nomura, his wife and other key staff were absolutely spectacular. Service was beyond exceptional with every single interaction. Answering questions, making telephone calls for us, and even dropping us off at our next hotel, we felt like we were the most important people on earth. The physical property was also beyond wonderful, especially the cottage where we stayed, and the living room and dining room. The food was amazing, like you would find at a top restaurant. Such a wonderful experience.

- Exceptional Service from Noel and his staff, they were also very friendly going out of their way to help you. - Breakfast every morning was exceptional, with a different variety each day - Facilities and rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean - Lounge, bar and dining areas were very comfortable - Bar was stocked very well with good quality Japanese Whiskey - Walking proximity to bars and restaurants - Plenty of parking

The staff were vey friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the station which was nice. The bus stop for the ski mountains was 20m outside the door and ran like clockwork. The lodge provided a free laundry service which was much appreciated. The lodge itself was clean and cosy. There was also the availability to use massage chairs and they had onsens. We also sent our ski luggage directly to them and they were very helpful in sending it back to the airport for us too.

Everything especially the staff. Nao and his family were outstanding. Nothing was a hassle and always happy to help.

Would just be a suggestion, maybe a mirror in the bedrooms that don’t have an ensuite. But I can’t fault it.
