We contacted two different phone numbers and they never answered us. Through booking the messages are automated and is impossible to contact someone. Third floor without lift. There are stains in the in the beds and one of the bathrooms and no mirror on the bathroom. For the price we paid, the quality was very low.

Location was perfect Rooms were clean If your looking for somewhere warm, clean and close to town it's ideal.

Property needs some TLC, handle fell of lounge door and toilet seat moved when you sat on it. Shower head slides down the pole, WiFi signal was poor.
