Charming 2 bedroom apartment in Gorgie

The apartment was spacious and clean and was in a good location. It was quiet in the evenings, we slept with the windows open and there was no outside noise.

The entrance, shared hall and staircase to this lovely old property were awful and very off putting, could be so nice if cleaned and painted. I would guess this is normally student accommodation during term time.

Nicely appointed and surprisingly large apartment on the top floor. Comfy and clean with good WiFi and the TV had Netflix too. Great location close to public transport (and you could even consider a walk to the centre if you wanted). Quiet residential area, near to some local amenities and a Lidl for essentials.

The communal hall and staircase area could really use a spruce up.

Edinburgh is an amazing city. Location was fine, easily reachable, with grocery stores, cafes, bars nearby. Beds were very comfortable.

The staircase to the apartment was just filthy. The dirt and dust on the stars have been there for a couple of months. Floor right after the front door was sticky and covered by an unknown substance. Bathroom was very badly ventilated, and it had moldy smell all around. Fridge and TV didn't work. Wi-Fi was slow and did not cover the entire appartement.

I really liked the location of the property very close to city center and bus stop down the street was a supermarket

When we arrived at the property it’s smelled like the place was doused with pee. The kitchen and bathroom were extremely dirty. The place was falling apart kitchen drawer fell off, carpet was torn in places, the beds were hard and squeaky and closet doors were falling apart. Outer shell of tub was hanging out.

The location was excellent. A short walk from station. Close to Murrayfield for the rugby.

The apartment itself was ok if you weren't spending much time in it, I'm sorry to say. The kitchen is very difficult to work in as badly laid out. The beds were uncomfortable. The old storage heaters made it difficult to control the temperature. The fridge when opened had an extremely bad smell, so we didn't use at all. The close, especially at the top floor, obviously hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The toilet is very small. Looks like a converted cupboard. If you are using this for purely sleeping and hitting the pubs and you don't mind climbing stairs this is adequate.

Apartment is very spacious, I was visiting it with friend, but it easily fit four people. It has one big bedroom, second normal size bedroom, spacious sitting room and fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine. If you are not super lazy, city centre is within walking distance, passing by interesting spots. Three supermarkets just over the corner, and a variety of food places. Easy check in and check out. Staff super friendly.
