Over all good experience. I was looking for a place which includes kitchen and washing facilities. The only downside is shared washroom which is upstairs. There is only one bedroom downstair gold room. The thing I didn’t like was carpeted floors. Land lady Portia is wonderful person. The Place was near where I wanted to be for my course. Had a wonderful time would recommend.

I stayed at this guest house for 6 nights as I was doing my aesthetics training course at Jessica Megan studios which was only 3 minutes drive from the guest house , perfect location . Great communication from the landlady all through my stay if I needed her or had questions. House very secure, locks on all the bedrooms, very clean and airy. Beautiful house in general. I had read some reviews which were a little off putting but I decided to give it a chance and I'm very glad that I did . Price and location were great and the house was clean , warm and secure at all times . The front door is always locked at all times , you collect your keys from the lock boxes outside by the front door. kitchen , living room clean and cosy but I didn't use these facilities. There is a cleaner that comes in also . I originally booked a budget double room but then decided I wanted more space , wardrobes and a mirror of course , I was upgraded for no extra money, which was lovely. Would definitely stay again . Nothing major really , but on a couple of nights there were youths playing football outside, but the kids were pretty harmless. My car was fine though when I parked outside the guest house , if I couldn't park out the front though I parked in Coral Grove which is a cul de sac behind the house .
