Quiet, clean and Portia was an excellent host. Overall great experience.

They give me wrong key code so couldn't get into the property

Noisy inconsiderate guests People having showers at past 11pm ect Dirty room bedding hadn't been changed

The room and house had very nice decor and in general the house was clean. Liked the use of the kitchen and house facilities. Location for us was good to see family.

The cleanliness of the room let it down for me. In the chest of draws were old dirty towels and cigarette ash. At the bottom of the cupboards were dirt and dust. Cups by the side of the bed were dusty.I do domestic work as a living, so the standards were a let down to me, unprofessional. Pity about the above because as you won't get returning customers if hygeine is not at the adaquate standard, its a basic you expect( or me anyway).

3 minute walk from the bus station/ town centre. Communication from the host was excellent texting me explaining how to access the property.

Layout was brilliant, location amazing staff brilliant and understanding. Very clean and tidy
