The staff were very friendly especially Victor. The walk in shower was excellent.

That we were only there for 3 nights, we would have loved to stay longer. It could do with a bigger mirror in the room.

Great location, kindly arranged for a late check in, plenty for breakfast, nice fluffy towels, convenient parking.

Staff very friendly and helpful. There were lots of options for breakfast, it was lovely and plenty, All our choices were tasty, and hot and well presented. The beds were very comfy.

The outside of the building was very tired and the ruins were very small. The bathroom was tiny. I didn't like the sodding bathroom door.

Close proximity to everything we need to see. Great view from the rooms and great brkfst Being our anniversary they also supplied a bottle of Prosseco to celebrate.

No mini fridge for medical reasons.

Good sized family room with a double & single bed. Wardrobe, soft seats, tea making facilities - everything you'd need. Breakfast was hot & tasty with a nice variety. Well located for a walk around Ambleside.

Road was quite busy.

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation superb, breakfast was lovely and we had a great stay.
