The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good

The outside of the building was very tired and the ruins were very small. The bathroom was tiny. I didn't like the sodding bathroom door.

Close proximity to everything we need to see. Great view from the rooms and great brkfst Being our anniversary they also supplied a bottle of Prosseco to celebrate.

No mini fridge for medical reasons.

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation superb, breakfast was lovely and we had a great stay.

Good sized family room with a double & single bed. Wardrobe, soft seats, tea making facilities - everything you'd need. Breakfast was hot & tasty with a nice variety. Well located for a walk around Ambleside.

Road was quite busy.

Very pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, very clean, excellent parking…which seems to be unusual in Ambleside….and a 5 minute walk to the centre of Ambleside and shops, restaurants, pubs etc

Husband said shower went hot and cold but I never had that problem. I think our room was very near water pipes as it could be a bit noisy during the day but there was no problem at night so we slept well

Property clean & bed was comfortable, a fan was provided in the room which was helpful as it was quite warm the day we arrived. Breakfast was served really quickly & was perfect for me.

The sign for the property was a little overgrown on the main road so hard to spot

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Very clean.
