A lovely warm welcome from Victor and this continued throughout. Brilliant location in centre of Ambleside and bonus of off road parking. Rooms were lovely and breakfast excellent. Everywhere was spotless and staff on hand if needed.

Location was perfect. Bed sheets and towels were clean.

Breakfast was mediocre. I had a dirty wax melt holder in my room with old wax in it. I was berated by the receptionist for bringing it to her attention the day after we arrived. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to have candles where paying guests are staying. I didn’t want it back in my room but it was returned any way. The whole place needs a deep clean.

Localização excelente no centro da cidade, a acomodação fica a poucos minutos de caminhadas dos principais pontos de interesse. Estacionamento disponível, sem dificuldade para utilizar. Joana foi muito atenciosa e agradável! Café da manhã delicioso! Quartos muito amplos e confortáveis. Chuveiro com boa vazão.

Gostei de tudo.
