The fact that outside the bedroom window is a contractors compound for the railway and they start their shift at midnight every night hence I couldn’t sleep! Shocking that this is allowed to be booked out under the circumstances.

There's a lot to like big open plan kitchen dinner with great smart TV for YouTube etc

The mattress had nearly collapsed and was originally of poor quality resulting in a very poor nights sleep, I left here to go to premier Inn and the difference was night and day

У нас возникли проблемы с данными апартаментами. Во первых фото номера не соответствуют действительности, было ужасно холодно для того, чтобы оставаться ночью в номере и обогреватель не работал. На решение данной проблемы нам предложили дождаться утра. Дверь на балкон не закрывается на ключ так что это не безопасно чтобы оставаться там. Кровать не соответствует размерам double, если ваш рост больше 180, то вам будет очень неуомфортно спать , а так же разместить две особы на такой кровати довольно сложно. На запрос возмещения денег , нам было отказано, хотя мы сообщили хозяину, что выехали в тот-же вечер, как заехали из-за того что там было довольно холодно чтобы спать. Так же если вы захотите связаться с хозяином, то у вас это не получится сделать через телефон, так же как и у сотрудником службы поддержки букинг не получилось этого сделать.

When there was an issue with the door lock the property staff came out and sorted it very quickly. Excellent location. Comfortable and clean apartments

Struggled with the digital door locks had to go to the letting office to get advice girl was very helpful.The staircase smelt of weed as people in opposite flat were smoking in the building . Could do with a small dining table just coffee table to sit at the knifes for cutting were very flimsy

Loved this place and look forward to a return visit , Many thanks to all the staff
