Love the location , actually felt safe at night .

I didn’t dislike anything about the property

I loved the decor, the artwork, the hotel room. It was kooky and fun and I enjoyed it. Bathroom was HUGE and one of my requests was to be on the upper floor and to have the penguin in the room, like on the website. Well, I got the high room, but no penguin. When I went to tell the front desk person, he obliged my request and brought me the big red penguin. :-) Kudos to that guy! He made the stay all the better.

The pillows are feather and they were very hard and uncomfortable. The bed was just ok. The furniture is quite hard/firm but still comfy and fun, I just wish the bed and pillows were better.

Hallways and room felt dirty. Bathroom appears to not be cleaned. Refrigerator was in room but unplugged, phones in room not working and had to call front desk from mobile to have them bring a tv remote to room because there wasn’t one in the room. Most disappointing was valet wrecked my truck, apologized and accepted responsibility on the sidewalk as they pulled my truck up, they filed a claim through PMC their “Parking Management Company” and PMC denied the claim stating “ Our management team conducted a thorough inspection of the property, including the driving path and the vehicle parking area, and we were unable to identify any factors that could have contributed to the damage. There was no damage to any other vehicles or fixed objects that could account for the reported damage.” Would strongly encourage you to stay somewhere else.

Kielan at valet was great. He greeted us and was friendly and informative.

Close to Stifel theater. Great restaurants and lovely staff.

No bellhop, something I expect at a hotel of this stature. Room was quite small.

Decor, Museum and staff were friendly

Decor pillow on the bed was dirty and stained. I also thought the price of the valet parking was beyond expensive.
