Well the staff were friendly but the time to get was over 1 hour. If it weren't for this part of experience,I would have rated this hotel as a 10 out of 10

Just amount of time waiting for breakfast.

Loved the on-site museum, the cafe and restaurant, the cheery room and the comfy bed! The staff were generally quite nice, especially at the bar. The room was quiet and we slept very well.

The WiFi did not work and an Internet outage plus other problems meant no streaming service. One day the housekeeping staff never showed up, so after a long day of work we came back to a messy room. We had to ask for a hair dryer and soap containers with working pumps.
