I was raped by their staff and wasn’t safe and was told I was a liar until the police came to investigate.

Nós tivemos uma experiência excelente! Por ser um resort novo, comparado a outros, a experiência fica ainda melhor. Os ambientes são lindos, as piscinas são maravilhosas e a comida e bebida são muito boas. Existem muitas opções de restaurantes e buffets, e o fato de poder usar ainda todos os restaurantes do lado família é ainda mais legal. Resort super calmo, perfeito para descansar em casal. Os quartos são gigantes, camo extremamente confortável, lençóis e toalhas limpíssimos e muitas amenidades! O quarto mais simples é impecável. A animação é muito legal também, sempre tem alguma atividade, brindes, dança. Um abraço especial aos queridos La chola e Jeffrey que fizeram nossos dias mais felizes aí. Recomento e pretendemos voltar!

The pool facilities were lovely. The room was huge with a very large balcony. The gym was well equipped and clean. The food was good overall, but limited. There should be food available during all daytime hours.

They resort needs to implement a spay and neuter program to control the cat population on the property. While the cats add a lovely element, it is to their determent that no one is managing the colony properly. It would have been nice to know in advance that the outlets are not compatible with US electronics. Also, upon check in, they should issue you a towel card and explain the procedure, so that you don't find out blindly when at the towel kiosk and have to return to the reception desk.

Mittlerweile gehört das Hotel zu meinem Lieblings Hotel in der DomRep. Da weiß ich einfach das alles passt, gutes Frühstück, tolles Essen, freundliches Personal!

Ich kann mich über nichts beschweren, außer das die Toiletten tatsächlich nicht immer die saubersten waren. Pool und Lobby Toiletten, obwohl immer Putzpersonal dort!

The facility was beautiful. The guys on the boat excursion was fun and they made the ride fun although it rained.

The smell of the room when I arrive.. The rudeness of some of the staff. They either didn't address you, smile or didn't address what you asked for. I also cut my leg on the bed I was in . It had a broken piece on the edge of the foot stool.
