Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort

The facilites are excepcional, modern, clean, excellent taste. The food was pretty good, wide variety of options. The beach and pool furniture was very comfortable.

The staff had a terrible attitude, specially the restaurants and buffets staff. Their service demeanor was as if they were doing you a favor, with absolutely no disposition whatsoever. At night the pools and beach areas need more lighting, it gets quite dark even to just walk by.

The service atrocious I was pretty much ignored most of the stay taking up to 50 mins to get any service. Absolutely terrible.

O quarto é muito amplo e confortável, as piscinas são grandes e boas, o atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom!

O serenade all suits é PERFEITO. Eu e meu esposo ficamos muito satisfeitos e admirados. Estavamos receosos com a comida, de não ter arroz, feijão, frutas, etc, mas tinha isso e muito mais. Tudo que brasileiro gosta. Infraestrutura ótima. Limpeza ótima. Entreterimento também. Funcionários educados e proativos. Nada a reclamar.

Não foi com o resort, mas com o booking, pesquisamos tudo para CASAL, reservei um quarto para CASAL, informei que era aniversario de casamento, porém não me atentei ao número de hospedes. Quando cheguei lá, eu só havia reservado para 1 pessoa e tive que pagar um valor bem alto para incluir meu esposo.
