It was very clean and tidy

Very close to main road and has a gravel car park which is very noisy when cars are in and out. They do provide ear plugs but due to the heat recently we had to keep the windows open, as no fan in the room and no reception to ask for one

The staff were friendly but there were simply not enough of them

The hotel needs serious updates, the outside is so shabby and need a total repaint, the photos do not represent this. It is very old fashioned and there is a lot of noise from the front of the hotel ( it is on a busy road ) and then in the garden there were guests whose dogs were constantly barking. We had breakfast in the hotel and it took 25 minutes to get served as there were only 2 members of staff working - the hotel needs to invest in more people. We missed our check out time as breakfast took so long....

It was convenient for where I wanted to be .. but the premier inn would have been preferable

Noisy room, smelt of shake ‘n’ vac (so what were they trying to cover up) dated and needed a coat of paint , extremely small shower
