They promote it as an amazing place even though is by a massive motorway, just continously noisy day and night! Communication is also not their strong point .

The terrace is big and the kitchen is next to it, good for socialising. The staff were very friendly and helpful, perhaps the best thing about the hostel =}

The proximity to the main road, very noisy with all the traffic, hard to access with luggage through 200 meters of the narrowest sidewalk. The doors are laminated with plastic and the light comes through, the room gets very light at night and quite noisy. There are no curtains on the bunks, that could be a very nice detail for extra privacy.

Las regaderas no estaban funcionando. Así que tuve que ir a otro sitio a bañarme, por las prisas ya no pude comentarles a los de recepción, además que iba de entrada por salida, pero un baño si lo requería con urgencia.

Property was well located, just on the edge of the old town, but close to the metro bus that takes you straight to the bus station. Check-in was easy and we were given a tour of the building which was nice. Roof terrace and kitchen are lovely and the kitchen was well-equipped. Our room was a good size, with a comfortable bed, TV and space to hang some clothes. Bathroom was decent with hot water. Despite issues, it was honestly a decent, cheap and cheerful accommodation to explore Puebla from.

A few bits in the room need an update. Yes, as others have mentioned the hotel is on a main road, which wouldn’t have bothered us too much, except our bedroom window didn’t fully close. Also bathroom window is right in the shower and faces onto the road, which feels a bit exposing. Especially as the bathroom window really does need to be left open for ventilation , as the drain can get a bit smelly. Also, our bathroom door didn’t close properly. Another thing worth noting is the room got a bit chilly in the evenings, and while blankets are provided, they smelt like they hadn’t been cleaned in some time so we didn’t want to use them. Finally, the is isn’t necessarily the Hostels fault, but on one evening of our stay there was a group of very loud guests making a lot of noise for most of the evening, with loud music and shouting and banging doors. This was technically before the quiet hours started, but it was loud enough to be very disruptive.
