Hostal Talavera

It was ok, location not as noisy as some reviews suggested

Location is ok, terrace is not that interesting, their laundry service was a nightmare, we had to do laundry again somewhere else, and the bathroom was tiny, could barely close the door. Smelt like humidity and was cold at night

Location is directly on the street. Unsafe stairway. Had to pay if you wanted to fill up your water bottle.

Clean and friendly staff but only 2 toilets and the beds are hard as rocks and the noise from the street is very loud

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice kitchen area with roof terrace. We had a private room and the bed was big and comfortable.

The private shower leaked water and the whole bathroom area got wet. The shower was cold, so we ended up using the communal ones. It could all have been a bit cleaner. Very little natural light in our room, tiny window into the stairs. The hostel is on-a busy road and its a fair walk to the centre.

Very comfy beds, helpful staff & everything was spotless, internet was fast enough

The balcony and room was to the side of a very busy street, so you cant relax upstairs and bring earplugs. Also that they charge for water is not ideal. It should be a free commodity like in other hostels.

Friendly staff, nice roof area, nice kitchen.

Parking off-site, and they don't honor the pricing given to the hostal without a hassle.
