The room was very spacious and the food was amazing. Staff were some of the friendliest people we met on our whole trip. I only wish I could have met the chef to thank them for the amazing food.

Beautiful Ryokan style hotel. Lovely room and a very hot private bath. Had an amazing time in Kinosaki Onsen. Everything is on the main street really and they provide you with yukata and sandals to go out in. Byo tabi socks!

Central location in Kinosaki Onsen. Easy walk to Goshono-yu and many eateries. Serene interior design. Comfortable room with private toilet and sink. We ask for an extra futon pad which made the bed very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to be here when Sakura is in full bloom. Town is just beautiful. Thank you!

Small note, just to be aware: the front rooms, street side, can be noisy with cars. We didn’t mind since we are from a city. Did not get to use the baths at the inn due to some renovations but our favorite onsen is just a few steps away, so no difficulties at all.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The set meal was delicious. The location was good. The staff were hospitable.

The indoor bath was out of service due to renovations.

The breakfast was incredible, staff were very helpful, it is in a great location.

The room was enormous (room with a huge living room). We had the option of dinner and breakfast and the service was spectacular! We had our own place for dinner and breakfast with fresh fish and traditional Japanese food from the area. Bed was super comfortable. The staff was outstanding, they helped us with everything possible, and their customer service was the best.
