The house is fantastic, large and beautiful rooms, the garden is very nice, breakfast good enough and swimming pool something amazing. It is 10 mins from the city center but some very cool and nice restaurants and bars.

The room was not cleaned and arranged between the two nights, but maybe due to lack of staff

The place was lovely. The room big and spacious.

The property was lovely. Buildings and garden layout very appealing. Very peaceful. Room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Fans and AC worked well. The use of laundry facility was a bonus.

When we arrived, the hotel was locked. No one was on the premises. We had to call the owner and it took about 40 minutes for him to arrive. Meanwhile we are standing on a hot and busy street with a lot of traffic in full sun. It happened to other guests the following day. The owner said that he had sent an email the previous day alerting us that her would not be there. The email however was sent well after midnight that same day at which point we were already traveling and had no access to internet. This miscommunication and the time it took to enter the premises set an unpleasant tone for our entire 5 nights. A WhatsApp call would have solved it. As for the accommodation, there was no housekeeping, as stated online. None whatsoever. Nor was there a hairdryer as stated. No towels were ever changed until in the end when we requested fresh towels. We had no hot water for 5 days. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee provided. There was no safe in which to keep our valuables. Breakfast was minimal. Pool was lovely to look at but not inviting, and probably needed cleaning.

Comfortable, clean, roomy and felt very much like we were at home but still in a hotel. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, soaps and toilet paper were good quality. Breakfast was a nice touch. Felt very safe and staff was extremely attentive and polite. Access to Laundry facility was a bonus.

The room was outstanding. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good!!really recommend!
