Naya Bacalar Hotel

Love everything about this hotel, location, rooms , restaurant , food and staff. Jorge (front desk), Carlos and Christian ( restaurant) went above and beyond, excellent customer service.

Everything! Absolutely stunning design of the cottages and the property! Amazing views from the restaurant and sunbeds on the lake, beautiful yoga shalla and a great yoga teacher, great breakfast, and mostly absolutely amazing staff ready to help at any hour.

I loved everything. The only thing is that it’s a bit remote so better to have a car otherwise the hotel is ready to call you a fair priced taxi to and from town.

Noisy but the hotel can’t do anything unfortunately as it is because of the works for the new maya train Hope it will end soon But hosts are really looking at your comfort!

The rooms are incredible. The restaurant and lagoon access area are really beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were really friendly. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed on our trip!

Only slightly minor is that the hotel is not in the centre of Bacalar so you need to drive to get there, this didn’t bother us though.
