If you are not by car, you will be very far from everything. Taxi is not so expensive.

This Hotel is just spectecular. The stuff is Really Kind and Everything is just Perfect. Really down to Earth and a Calm Place to stay it. Just love it 🫶🏼

Amazing room, set in the jungle, a couple of minutes walk from the lagoon. The room is genuinely stunning, with high vaulted ceiling, feeling both like you are in the jungle as well as in your own private cocoon. The room is a little dark, but when you are not looking for things, the lighting is very atmospheric and provides an incredible setting for relaxing. Best hammock experience, and the bed is simply incredible, the best mattress. The outdoor shower is an interesting touch, giving you a view of the jungle as you shower, a really nice touch. The restaurant and bar facilities are superb, and the staff at Naya are all excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, with special mention to Jorge, Carlos and Javier, all of which helped make our stay very enjoyable.

I hadn’t quite clocked that the resort is essentially in two parts, one jungle, and one lagoon, and the lagoon section has no rooms, as they only have a small section of access to the lagoon, which is a bit disappointing. It was quiet when we visited, with only two other couples staying, but because lagoon access is so narrow, it can quickly feel busy and not that relaxing as you would need for access to the lagoon. So to say it is a lagoon front hotel is stretching things a little. The cocktails could do with some more booze. :)

Rooms are extremely beautiful! The Restaurant was also very good and the lagoon view was also nice! Staff top!

We heard a lot of car noises during the night because the hotel is near a very busy street

It was heaven. My jaw dropped as soon as I saw the room I booked with a plunge pool. Not to mention their restaurant has the most amazing views.
