Stink from toilets. Steep gangway, no fresh air in bedroom. Wobbly steps , unsafe steep drop on steps,, uncomfortable bed & sofa ,,

Quirkiness of accomodation and location

Challenging getting on and off accomodation due to tide times. Accomodation could have been cleaner on arrival.

Beautiful Barge, very roomy, comfortable beds, good showers especially for a boat and a good size outside area. In a great, peaceful location central to the lovely town of Sandwich. The hosts are very helpful and provide an app which is a must read before you go.

If there could be more comfortable outside area seating and a small table. It’s such a great space we spent lots of time there. Covered bins for the toilet paper would be nice.

Excellent location, spacious comfortable beds, quirky if you've never stayed on a boat before

I know it's a boat,but a more sanitary loo roll bin is required , and a lack storage,oven out of action for our visit.

The barge was spacious, in a good location for exploring the Kent coast.

There was a large deck area which was gear, but was lacking comfortable seating and a table to stay outside for long. Parking whilst not too far (and was free) was not next to the barge.

Location was great, near where we wanted to visit. Restaurants and shops nearby.

Things are a little worn. A bit more disclosure on the condition and usage of the bathroom might be helpful/necessary. We're campers/outdoor people, so we rolled with it.

On the water & central

Kitchen equipment minimal, no mirror in one bathroom, small washbasins, didn’t know how to use aga & heating

It is a lovely barge and a great size
