"BYCOAT MOON OF KASHMIR GROUP OF HOUSE BOAT."

The owner is a very bad person. He misbehaved with us.We booked two rooms in large boat as picture shown his profile but when we reach their we came to know that he is not the owner. He has very small boat Which is very dirty. All the reviews written by him by taking customer phone in his profile .Few shikara driver also Said the same. The person name is Gulzar. He throw his phone and doing argument with us and told us all this problem happened due to booking.com because they are not clarify properly about booking options. Very bad experience in House boat. Bycoat Moon of Kasmir Group of House boat.
