bon service et à l'écoute, c'est ça d'ailleurs qui a rattrapé un peu la croisière ! lits conforts wifi

-un membre du personnel a jeté volantairement et à 3 reprises des grosses cagettes en plastique dans la mer (photo à l'appuis); c'est en partie pour cela que ha long et lan ha est totalement pollué de partout (on a pas voulu se baigner) -très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre (égoût) durant tout le séjour, ils ont mis un ananas avec une bougie pour cacher l'odeur mais ça donnait envie de vomir, il suffit juste de déboucher les canalisations je pense car je ne suis pas le premier à le dire au vu des autres commentaires -la douche était totalement bouchée (on s'en est rendu compte à 23h mais il n'y avait plus personne pour demande de l'aide) -tasses sales -changement de bateau (annulation 3 jours avant) avec surclassement par contre -visite de la cave nul (ce nest pas une grotte comme annoncé !

We booked the 3 days and 2 nights package. I would highly recommend this rather than just one night. The boat you stay on sails out to the bay and then doesn't move until the return, the second day includes a wonderful day trip to really see the area. cannot thank the staff enough for an excellent experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. It was so easy to organise with Anna. The cost may seem slightly higher than some of the others, but honestly it is so worth it. The food was delicious, particularly the breakfast. I really liked having everything organised for us from a single point of contact.

I am not personally a fan of been taken to shops under the guise of an experience. This was such a small part of the otherwise excellent activity.

My experience with Alisa Premier Cruise 2N 1D package was truly amazing. Everything was very well organized, and there was absolutely no hassle at any point. Alice (Alice Nhung) was incredibly helpful and coordinated everything seamlessly - from the time of booking until the end of the itinerary. Highly recommend!

WiFi was not available in the room but other than that rest was arranged well.

From the start, Anna was excellent in responding to my requests. Once arrived at dock, the check in process was seamless. One item to note - the sign outside of the building was small and hard to find. Once onboard, the entire team was friendly and always helpful. Our room was great - a bit tight for luggage area, but expected for a cruise ship. Bed was comfortable. Tour was wonderful and guide Ian was very funny and knowledgable. The time between happy hour and dinner seemed a little long, but there were snacks to enjoy. It would have been great to see a wine special for happy hour - mostly all cocktails, which I don't drink. The tours were excellent - locations were stunning. Great views and did not feel crowded. Overall, an exceptional expereience.

Helpful staff some interesting attractions in two days cruise trip.

The food was amazing and the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful

We’re had a triple room for 3 adults, this was very tight particularly with 3 suitcases too. The pictures on booking.com made the room to be much bigger than it was. There was also some confusion as we were asked to provide passport details before arriving which we were wary of but confirmed with booking.com this was “normal” practice to allow speedy check in.
