One of the worst places ever stayed - be warned it is a msd Client motel still - photos look good - these are deceiving - smashed a/c in room - fighting in other units - first words out of receptionist mouth when complaint was made was your not getting a refund so forget it !

Time of check in room was not ready and had to wait at least half an hour especially when hotel confirmed and approved our check in time. Looked like there is homeless people living there and rubbish outside where i parked. The bathroom was a little grotty in the shower and around the toilet. Pretty dirty around the extractor fan. In my opinion pretty knocked around for being a new build like its advertised on booking.com Would not recommend or stay again

The location was good in the sense that it was close to where our conference was going to be. THe room was clean and modern.

The location was good in the sense that it was close to where our conference was going to be, however, it was very noisy, with cars and motorcycles racing and people shouting and swearing in the street and parking lot. There was no hand towel, no hair dryer and a very dirty towel in one of the drawers.
