An impeccably clean stay in a breathtaking area. The owners are lovely. After three weeks of traveling in Japan, this was the most impressive food we had. Each dish was made with care and stood out. She is a master with vegetables and miso. The onsens were heavenly. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I liked everything, it is so peaceful and private. You can really relax here and de-stress from the chaos of the city. The facilities and the view are impeccable and very private. Also, the staffs speaks english and Japanese so it is very foreigner friendly.

The property is in a great location, with hiking trails within a short distance and about 30 minutes from the kamikochi drop off. The room was perfect, clean and large, and the food was the absolute highlight - plentiful and delicious, by far the best we had in Japan. They were also helpful in accommodating our baby daughter, we had a separate dining room with low tables so we didn’t have to worry about disturbing other diners and could let her play on the floor whilst we ate, as well as having a little high chair to put her in to feed her, not a given when travelling in Japan! The onsens were great - all private and with 2 outdoor ones, meant they were easy to use when we were wanted to, one of the indoor ones had a larger area which was great to go in with the baby as she could hang out whilst we got in and out of the onsen.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, sehr herzliche Hosts, tolles Essen und sehr hoher Entspannungswert. Boden direkt am Haus und dennoch mitten im Wald.

Increíble alojamiento, parecía un oasis en medio de ese paraje, sitio precioso cuidado, los onsen de película, el agua increíble, lástima que solo pudiéramos estar una noche, nos vinieron a recoger cuando nos dejó el bus, nos llamaban para la cena y el desayuno, nos hicieron sentir como reyes, recomendado 100%

Se tarda mucho en llegar si no tienes coche, desde takayama son casi 2 horas, es lo único aunque eso también tiene su encanto.

餐食、室外溫泉、接駁服務。 一泊二食的早、晚餐是這幾天旅途中較沒機會嚐到的美食，其中有些可能是在地的食材或野菜，在老闆巧手下，能嚐到食物它原有的自然風味，很美好的用餐經驗。

期望落差。這晚原是行程安排中的亮點犒賞行程，付高於原預算2倍多住宿費，能來一趟高級秘湯、美食、美景放空之旅！但進房打開窗戶看到的只是前面的停車場，只能把薄紗窗再拉起來。拿到2號室外湯key，興緻勃勃的去泡湯，景很棒但池內髒，有很多的落葉小蟲子要自己簡單清一下才敢下去泡；改換室內大池泡，結果池子水太燙了，只能自己再放冷水等一下；隔天想說再泡一次2號室外湯，池子乾淨了好棒，但下水後，池子實在太燙了，又沒冷水可自己調，結果只能放棄了！
