お食事がおいしかった。 温泉がとても気持ちよかった。 和室の空間がとても居心地がよかった。 用意してくださった緑茶とお菓子がとってもおいしかった。 お部屋のお風呂が温泉なのもすごくよかった。 お布団がふかふかで寝心地がよかった。

温泉の時間はどちらも同じ開始時間だと嬉しい。 朝食会場のスタッフの方の人数はもっと少なくていい。

The staff was warm and welcoming. Very Helpful. The facilities were a little tired, but the staff mitigated that. Meals were traditional, beautiful and delish. The three onsen were lovely. The outdoor one in the mountains was a treat. I would return if in the area again.

I think dated carpeting is nothing compared to the warmth of the staff.

スタッフの気遣い

一階の離れの部屋でしたが、意外とカエルの鳴き声が聞こえて、私はそんなに気になりませんでしたが、家族は寝るのに少々妨げになったようです。

個々のスタッフが、親しみやすく素敵なサービスでした。また、スタッフ間のコミュニケーションが行き届いていると感じさせることが 幾つかありました。　わざわざホタルが見れる所まで、寄り道していただきました。

敢えて言えば、トイレが狭かった。
