Park is located opposite a long beach, great for walks. Easy access to Edinburgh.

Listing misleading, several facts (eg Sea View, laundry) apply to Park not caravan. Could not open lock box, barrels were seized up. Could not get hold of host, luckily front office helped. Greasy chopping board and baking tray, dirty fridge shelves, brown grime around shower tub pan. Maybe owner doesn’t check cleaners work. Endlessly frustrating Wi-Fi service. Note: single (child) beds provided 5’6” x 2’, not big enough for adults. First night I woke up because I had fallen out of bed, so narrow. Sorry to say these things, but this was a special holiday for my sister and 95 year old Mum. Very disappointing. Would be lovely place if clean, good working order and easy communication, these things are easy to achieve so next guest can book with confidence.

Dear [link removed] Please note the hob burner was not working at the time of checking in. We also faced severe harassment while checking in as the property ‘s entry safe where the keys were kept was not working and we had to wait atleast 30 minutes outside in the cold with our 2 kids. When we tried contacting the owner over phone he repeatedly did not answer our call and texted me and acknowledged that there is the defect in the said lock which will be cured in future(whatsapp message to that effect is already with us). Please note he deliberately made such frivolous statements because in contravention to the contract with [link removed]he forced us to pay a further sum of £100 on account of alleged security deposit in his PayPal account.(the payment details of which is already with us) So only to grab that amount of alleged security deposit the frivolous statement is being made and we being the consumer request you to take necessary and serious steps against him as I remind you that you are the service provider towards your client.
