Clean and tidy, spacious enough for six adults, nice location.

We had a bit of an issue getting the lock box open to put the key in but apart from that it was all good.

There a lot of issues with the facility such as: • The kitchen appliances were not cleaned and in very bad condition. • The wifi is not working at all. •The bedsheets seems not cleaned and not changed. • The owner took deposit £100 and never returned it back and when we sent him several messages he just ignored us. We contacted booking. Com and he claimed that we broke one of the door without evidence or proof.

The location was nice. Overall the leisure activities at the holiday park were very good specially for families with children. The proper is just opposite the beach which makes it perfect place to go for long walks.

It was quite disappointing. Firstly the WiFi wasn’t working and in spite of messaging and calling the host multiple times there was no response. The phone has no signal , so no WiFi makes it even more difficult. There were no towels in the caravan in spite of the fact that it is mentioned in the booking . The owner informed me 2 days before that he would not provide with bath towels but would give hand towels but this too was not provided. No basic amenities in kitchen like no kitchen roll , no salt etc. The room door was broken and so couldn’t close. The bed in the third room was broken and was so uncomfortable that even the children could not sleep there. The microwave was so filthy and dirty from inside. And on top of it the owner didn’t even bother to reply my messages or respond to my calls. Overall it’s absolutely awful to spend so much money for such bad facilities.

The place is tiny. No towels provided which is a bit of a joke. Never stayed anywhere that didn't provide towels. Beds were very uncomfortable. No wifi. Place wasn't very clean. Property owner very rude and insisted on a £100 deposit which took 3 weeks to get back after threats to report them.
