"Very good"

Great location, close to Edinburgh Park and ride and good access to the beach. Comfortable caravan with everything we needed.

Host was slow to return deposit and only returned it after I messaged. Stay was only registered with Haven a few hours before arrival time, which I found very stressful.

"A pleasant stay"

Location and availability to sleep our family. Cute place

Wifi is awful so difficult to plan our days from the comfort of the home. Couldn’t use Netflix or Prime to relax in the evening due to poor wifi. No information really provided about the Holiday park the home is located in.

"Nice enough caravan but the only thing that let it down was no hot water."

We didn't stay for breakfast as had to leave early.

Everything was ok happy with most things

Few bugs and wasn’t comfortable with holes under the bed and one of the beds was spoiled a bit do had to get my two to sleep with me instead of their room

"Had an amazing time"

The location was amazing. The place was close to the beach and also not far away from the main city of Edinburgh. Seton sands have many inhouse facilities which is great.

Some of the utensils need to be upgraded due to be worn out.

"Weird host, okay place, nice beach close by."

The caravan was nice decorated and spacious. The location close to an amazing beach was a big bonus. And it’s location close to Edinburgh but still on the countryside was great.

The host was not helpful. We did not get the information we needed when we needed it. The heating didn’t work, the first night it was freezing cold and the other night hot as an oven. And the host blamed us… The information about the pool and other activities are not clearly described. There is a pool BUT since this is a private renter you need to pay an extra cost (really steep) to use the facilities in site. And the deposit? Who knows if we get it back..
