Host was rude, didn't explain how heating system worked. Very very cold in the caravan. No explanations as to how things worked. Not sure why it's described as "luxury". Haven facilities are closed each year from 1st November to the following March. Sadly, wouldn't recommend and would offer a caveat, if booking..Host delayed refund and stopped answering calls. Calls redirected to voicemail or to BOOKING. COM communications.

"Apart from grill, wifi and balcony, the property is clean"

It is close to the sea by walking distance.

1. The BBQ grill is not working and is dirty. Does not look good as per the advertisement. 2. The wifi is very slow. We have to use our own mobile data connection. 3. Balcony is not clean when we arrived.

Bed were really comfy. Facilities was good and the place is clean :) There are nearby fish&chips shop and Lidl :)

The shower drain was a bit slow.

Caravan was very clean easy access and room For all. James was answered all my questions in timely manner.

Would have been nice to have extra garbage bags , but we got some next day. All was good.

"Stay was Pleasant and comfortable"

Stay was pleasant and comfortable and accommodation well maintained. Shower was good and spacious as was the lounge. area. Mini market on site was well stocked and reasonably priced. Also fish & chips shop on site very convenient. Deposit returned within a week with a bit of prompting

WiFi signal very poor but expected as phone signal aslo quite poor
