El hotel no esta cerca de la estación de tren. Mandé mensajes para sincronizar mi llegada y no contestaron. La señora que atiende ni sabía de mi reserva. A veces no hay agua.

Property was centrally located.

Hot water issues. No fan in our room and very hot during the day. We wanted to book tours through the owner but she was not to be trusted. Gave a price to one of our group in the phone prior to our visit. When we arrived the price was much higher. The price of meals increased from what we were quoted prior to arriving. Our group was blamed for empty beer cans and cigarette butts on the patio area. It was not us.

Close to centre of the small town.

It was quite run down and many of the rooms needed repairs and better hot water regulation.

Location was good just off main plaza.

Hard to know where to begin. We asked for a space heater which every other hotel had provided on this trip but were given a flimsy blanket. The room got down to 2 or 3 degrees centigrade at night. I am hardly ever cold but i was freezing there. My wife really suffered. The patio door did not close properly as it is out of square. The water was turned off completely each night. All the other guests I talked to complained about the coldness. One couple had booked two nights but was leaving after one. Then, to add insult to injury, just before leaving, the owner demanded almost 100 dollars for a tour her son had taken us on without telling us ahead of time that there was a fee.
