Excelente! Tudo muito bom!!!

Tivemos um imprevisto com Wi-Fi, que não funcionava no nosso quarto. Mas nada que não pudéssemos nos deslocar para conectar. O time foi muito prestativo em tentar resolver, mas não foi possível.

Très joli lieu avec les animaux tout proches : singes velvet (fermez bien les chambres !), impalas... Les chambres sont belles et très spacieuses. Nous avions des chambres communicantes avec nos enfants. Nous avons apprécié la jolie douche extérieure en plus de la salle de bain complète. Nous avons eu de supers guide/tracker et avons eu la "chance" de voir les "big five". On sent que les rangers ont l'habitude des animaux et savent où les rencontrer. Les repas étaient vraiment très bons.

L'endroit est très beau mais ne correspond pas aux photos sur booking. Nous étions, en effet, logés dans des petits blocs de 10 chambres moins nature que sur les photos.

The buffet dinner was not enough

Everything from our reception as guests to our departure was magnificent! It was an absolute epic experience. Saw the Big 6 (cheetas included) up close and 'personal''. 19 lions in total. Cubs feeding on a kill under supervision of their father - a magnificent male lion. Magnificent, to say the least! Kudos to all staff members, in particular our guides Sharon and Rodney - well informed and very professional. What a team! The buffet braai in the boma was epic. So much food, we had to skip lunch on the second day. The gifts in the room with bookmarks relating to the gifts were superb! It was the best ever lodge stay we have experienced and we shall return.

There was nothing not to like.

Staff and most of the facilities was good.

The shower drain was slow to drain the water and we had standing water in the shower which isn't pleasant.
