The staff were super friendly. Pilot, our ranger went over and above to get us close to the animals. Breakfast was delicious.

Lunch menu can be improved.

The staff were super friendly, and very accommodating with all the requests we had. Our guide was able to track down every animal we wanted to see even though we were there for two days. The location was beautiful

The road from the gate to the reception were you get picked up is very bad. The car we were travelling in wasn't suited for it. Would have liked to be informed of this before hand.

We loved the cleanliness, attention to detail and lotsa food. Quality was good.

A little of the research of the rangers but wasn't a major issue. Their knowledge was good.
