The staff was extremely friendly and the food was wonderful, they grilled steak, meats & other delicious food on an open fire , home made brioche , bread complimented starter soups the three course meal finished with homemade desserts. (All inkl in the package ) . The chef was very innovative & interested in serving only the best quality food ! the game drives were sensational. The drivers were very professional and knowledgeable about the different animals. Only after 2 days we already seen the big five except the leopard . We were served an aperitif in the sunset providing sensational pictures after each game drive and were able to choose our preferred beverage upfront . The river lodge we stayed in , was very peaceful and the staff was accommodating , greeted us on return with hot towels and showed utmost interest in making this stay a really special one ! We would highly recommend this game reserve and the benchmark has been set at a very high standard .

We were unsure if the driver was picking us up from the airport and after writing via the booking app we could not get any response from the lodge in time before our plane left switzerland . Therefore we booked our own transfer .

Everything was valued for money and the food was tasty.Rangers were explaining thoroughly..the staff were very friendly...overall experience was exquisite 👌
