因為喜歡日本傳統文化，所以特別選了這間充滿歷史感與人情味的旅宿。 抵達時，看到門口掛著寫有我中文名字的歡迎牌，讓我們都十分驚喜與感動，感受到日本待客之道的極致用心。 整棟旅館的傳統日式建築氛圍我非常喜歡，庭院裡的半露天溫泉讓人身心徹底放鬆。當晚泡湯後太舒服，隔天還特地早起再去享受一次。 晚餐的會席料理與隔天早餐都超出預期，美味又精緻。因為我不吃牛肉與生食，老闆娘還特地幫我更換成豬肉料理，真的非常貼心與用心。 她親切又熱情，總是細心照顧我們的需求，讓人有一種回到家的溫暖感。 整體住宿體驗非常棒，無論是服務、餐點還是環境，都令人難忘，真心推薦給喜歡日本傳統風情的旅人。

"A relaxing high-quality time !"

What a pleasant stay it was! The staff was super nice and took the time to talk with me. The food was amazing (I'll think a long time about the Hida beef) and fortunately I was the only female customer at the time so I had both the interior and exterior onsen for myself (which saved me a lot of embarrassment as I was a first timer). I needed a break and breath of fresh air during my trip and Izumi-so made me feel right at home!
