Amazing Kashmiri House Boat experience! The boats and rooms are great, but most importantly the owners and staff are incredible hosts. If you not only want a nice and clean place to stay, but a great experience due to the owners’ hospitality, stay at Pasadona.

"Excellent stay and great Travel Agent"

The location was lovely but the key to enjoying it was Suhail who was excellent. Apart from being an impeccable host he's a terrific travel agent and went on to book our fairly extensive travels through India. He made excellent choices of hotels and was on the end of the phone for pretty much anything. I would recommend him very highly.

Very good location, good communication and easy access. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Maybe better for short one-night stays than for longer stays (Internet is rather slow, food nothing special, no place to store your stuff).

"Unique, beautiful experience"

We had an amazing time staying here. The houseboat is in a great location with a beautiful view. The food was delicious. Unis, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We travelled around the north of India for two weeks and Kashmir ended up being our favorite place. We're hoping to come back, and when we do we'll definitely be staying here again.

breakfast is ok / host is ok / location is ok

old house boat / bad bathrooms / not value for the money we paid / shower water came to be black in colour. would never go back to house boat stay in dal lake again.
