- Very nice property. interior hallways and rooms nicely decorated. - Breakfast was nice and full (once settled that we indeed pay for it)

- poor communication and lack of customer service. I do not recall ever being treated so poorly in my travels around the world! To give you a long story short, when asked what my room number was upon arrival, I was hung up on. The next morning, I was laughed at when I was expecting the breakfast that I paid for, and they said that it was not. 5 minutes later, someone shows up without apologies and said that actually I did pay for the breakfast and served us the meal. No instructions on how to lock our room door (had to Google it). - strange you have to take your shoes off

从头到尾没有看到员工，早上寻找餐厅的时候中间有一个员工出来拿快递，但是完全没有理我们。只有窗式空调，有点热。

Loved staying here. Great location, great host. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent facilities eg microwave airfryer coffee maker. The breakfast is defintley worth it.. The accomodation itself very authentic and unique, like the change from a generic hotel.

There wasn't I didn't like.

nice clean, older home fitted to modern/old vibe, safe entry, comfy bed, table and chairs added bonus, accessible to coffee, microwave if need.

The location.

The owner requires you to walk inside in either your socks or slippers she provides. She overemphasized that we must be quiet as it is her home. We felt like an inconvenience and like a disruption to her life.
