Akhil è davvero un superhost!! Ci ha aiutati in qualunque richiesta e quando ci siamo trovati in difficoltá per via dell’arrivo in tarda serata senza cena, si è attivato personalmente accompagnandoci a cenare e fermandosi con noi!!! L’isola è meravigliosa e ci ha anche organizzato l’alba con la barca nelle backwaters!! Qualità prezzo top!!!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso al Kailasam Homestay sull’isola di Munroe. Il cibo è delizioso, vario e preparato con grande cura. Kala, la nostra ospite, è di una gentilezza straordinaria e la sua calorosa ospitalità ci ha fatto sentire subito come a casa. Si assicura che tutto sia perfetto e organizza splendide gite in barca lungo i canali, oltre ad altre attività come passeggiate in bicicletta, noleggio di scooter e kayak, che permettono di scoprire l’isola e i suoi dintorni in tanti modi diversi. Grazie a lei, ogni momento del soggiorno è stato piacevole e senza preoccupazioni. Porterò con me ricordi indimenticabili di questa esperienza e mi piacerebbe davvero tornare presto per godere ancora una volta della straordinaria ospitalità di Kala e della bellezza di Munroe Island.

Akhil was an incredibly helpful and warm host who made everything easy and comfortable. Kala’s food was absolutely delicious – every meal felt like home. We also loved the wonderful time spent with Roshni and little Aayansh, which made our experience even more special. The canoeing and kayaking around Munroe Island were unforgettable—serene backwaters and stunning scenery. Highly recommended for a genuine island experience! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munroe Island.

I'm happy that I got to know about such a warm and friendly homestay thus easily making it one of the best I stayed till date!! Suggestion of Akhil Bro regarding cycling around the island and Aunty's delicious food made me love Munroe island even more. Definitely looking forward to my next visit to the island in the near future!!

Staying at Kailasam Homestay was a truly serene and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking natural views surrounding the property—lush greenery, misty hills, and a peaceful ambience that instantly put us at ease. The hospitality was outstanding. The hosts were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. It never felt like we were guests; more like extended family. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The food was a delightful highlight. Every meal was freshly prepared with local flavors and ingredients, offering a perfect balance of comfort and authenticity. We looked forward to each mealtime as part of the experience. Surprisingly, even with the remote and tranquil setting, the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. Whether we needed to get some quick work done or just stream content in the evenings, the connection was reliable and fast. Everything about this place—from the natural beauty to the flawless service—was not just good, it was great. If you're looking for a peaceful escape that still offers comfort and convenience, Kailasam Homestay is the perfect choice.
