Kailasam Home Stay

Beautiful and quiet homestay in the middle of the nature. The room was very big and clean, for a very affordable price, and the owner and her son were extremely considerate and helpful. Another added bonus was the massive amount of food for the breakfast and evening meals, always super tasty. Had an amazing time overall and would highly recommend it to everyone else!

I went back to Kailasam to round off my Kerala trip — couldn’t leave without one last taste of Kala’s incredible cooking. A perfect goodbye, until we meet again!

Highly recommend, the hosts were very cooperative and helped in all the ways possible. Arranged whatever was needed, food, activities,bikes etc. Food was awesome and very good quantity. Undoubtedly the best stay durIng our trip, if you are in Munroe island you should be at Kailasam Homestay.

Our stay at Kailasam Homestay was a perfect mix of tranquility and adventure. The highlight was a serene canoeing experience, gliding through Kerala’s backwaters, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. To top it off, we indulged in a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage at a nearby center, recommended by the host. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Very kind family and acommodating to our needs. The room was very clean and comfortable. The homestay is in a calm area. We received good tips from our hosts. They helped us arrange our tour and helped us find a good bike rental closeby.
