"As this is near my dad's house, I will stay there again. Disappointing that the bar closed early."

In a lovely village location. Easy to get to. Nice staff. Clean room. There was a nice area to is in outside.

We were disappointed that the bar closed quite early, 10pm I think. We weren't partying, just wanted to sit quietly with a drink at the end of a long day. As the hotel is in a village, the only other option was to sit in the room! Also, some sort of snack option would have been good. We had driven from Dorset and would have had to go out again if we wanted food.

Historic buildings with their thatched roofs and quaint rooms! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food delivered in the evening and breakfast was very good.
