The Earth Amritsar, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

This property has great potential - just needs a bit of TLC.

The property is near a busy road so there is a bit of traffic noise in the room. It is very noisy to sit outside on the room patio. House keeping items don’t seem to be put away - outside our room there was a vacuum cleaner, various cleaning materials and roll away bed being stored. Just a bit odd.

Pleasant stay

Beautiful property - heritage property, tastefully decorated spacious rooms. 10 mins away from the heart of the city by one of many rickshaws. Peaceful surroundings and super friendly stuff. We will stay gere again if we visit Amritsar.

This hotel was absolutely filthy and incredibly run down, which was such a shame as it is a beautiful historic building that could be stunning if it were shown a bit of love and attention. The staff tried their best, but clearly hadn't been trained in the standards required of a hotel targeting international visitors. We have travelled far and wide, including backpacking in hostels across SE Asia, and this is one of the dirtiest places we've ever stayed in. We spent as much time as we could outside of the hotel and on the balcony as they genuinely felt cleaner than our room. The breakfast was OK. Again, the staff tried hard. This is at most a 2 star hotel, more like a 1 star hostel, despite what they may claim on their marketing and what their pricing may suggest.
