The Earth Amritsar, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Good location to stay if you plan to spend time in this incredible city. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Service in the restaurant was overall good. Breakfast for Indians was good, but limited for European dining options. Our room was a good size and comfortable. Easy walk to the Ranjit Singh summer palace, it is worth a visit if you are interested in Sikh history, it is very important.

nothing really. One thing to note, the TV did not work, but then again we didn't really want to watch it either. Coffee is not really great but you can pop across into the food hall for Costa!

On a positive note the Hotel had the best Wi-Fi of all the 8 different hotels we stayed in during our India holiday. In summary, very glad we came here and saw The Golden Temple at night and the following morning, together with the Partition Museum which was a salutary reminder of the complexities of previous British overseas rule. Also, highly recommend the Wagar Border Ceremony - such fun.

Really complex to review this hotel. The room was good with everything we needed and staff who often seemed over-attentive. My wife has a disability and she uses a wheelchair, which she prefers I push, but there was always someone eager to help as there appear to be too many staff for the number of guests staying. This may change when a new build adds an additional 40+ rooms. The restaurant followed the same pattern, but it is often difficult to feel really comfortable in a virtually empty restaurant. The local economy is very different to our previous locations in Northern India (Golden Triangle) and most items are, by comparison, 1/3rd more expensive.

We had a heritage suite which was very impressive. The staff were outstanding, SO keen to please. ou have the bazaar on one side and a really nice park on the other.

There are only 14 rooms operational. The restaurant was empty so we eat out. The best ones are near a busy road with no double glazing. No beer of any sort on the night we stayed. Drinks are very expensive.

Food was good location is perfect but the staff didn't helped my driver to get the water to clean the car, not at all helpful

After taking shower all the water was filled in the washroom poor drainage system

The team who is absolutely loving and amazing, every one of them. Interesting location, has a getaway type of feel in the middle of the city.

The infrastructure needs major improvement. Shower cubicle doors don’t closed in all the 4 rooms we had booked. Rain water was seeping in through the window in the heritage suite.

Rated 5 star and charged 5 star rates. This place is of 3 star value. Property is a little run down. Breakfast buffet for 2 was Rs. 1800. Over priced, food is Ok, variety is not there and no table cloth or cloth napkin. Just fast food napkins. Staff uniforms were very shabby. I had to ask if this was a govt run hotel? They said NO, it’s part of Wyndham group. Very disappointed. Nothing was luxury or the feeling of a high class hotel.

Rooms are beautiful, as well as the bathrooms + great water pressure in the shower

Due to the location, can hear traffic sounds from the room, not the most sound proof/ can hear people outside room door

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The food in the restuarant was delicious and the staff were very helpful.

Reception officer Manas and the Duty Manager made my first to India . Safe and secure . It’s a Heritage listed building . Outside the hotel . It is real India . So it’s good to get a real feel for it . If you love history and is willing to accept the life of real Indians outside the hotel Then it’s ideal for you . The hot water is 24/7 So enjoy this Old world charm

Next door is no modern Western Shopping mall . There is a western cafe called the urban Haat . As for the hotel . It was perfect
