A lovely renovated Colonial hospital, nice spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Would come again.

The hotel is beautiful and super central in the city, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay very comfortable.

Only the position it’s close to golden temple

The property itself nothing what it’s write on the booking, staff don’t have a clue what they doing, serve us tap water with out of even tel us, them uniform was not clean or iron, u can see they use cheap labour, no one of them know what they do, the room was big but the bedsheets stain and not clean, bathrooms same, towels very old use and stain, the noise from the street was in-durable, mosquito in the room, pain on the wall didn’t look finish, this hotel it’s a joke 5 star I will rate a maxim a 2 star, for the amount they charge all it’s a joke there, idk how they have so many reviews , at the poll was only 4 șezlong to stay, in the restaurant the smell was terrible no one could eat, we where 4 adults and we couldn’t believe this place was like this!

Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful staff, good facilities.

The hotel used to be one of the many palatial proprrties belonging to Maharaja Ranjit Singhji. The property has retained its old architecture since more than 300 years and hence the stay is an escape back into time. The rooms are spacious with extremly high ceilings and enormous bathrooms with brilliant tiling and modern fixtures. The furniture has been tastefully made to blend the old style living of India. They have a functional swimming pool made at the time when this palatial accommodation was built by Maharaja Ranjit Singhji. Worth a swim. Within the property is a well maintained lawn, almost 600 to 700 meters long. On the other side of the lawn are KFC, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, etc. All have been well fitted in the architecture of the palace. Location of this hotel is just 15 min or so from the Golden Temple at any given time of the day. Staff is very courteous.
