Room was dirty apart from bed linen carpets filthy chairs had holes in desperate need a revamp won't stay here again

As it's above a bar, noise until early hours from here and bar next door.

It was central and right by the supermarket. Lovely helpful staff who offered to carry my bag up the stairs. Such lovely patrons who did a whip round towards my fundraising bike ride. A lovely stay.

Nothing, it was an exceptional stay.

Good value for money, central location, very helpful and friendly staff, room had what we needed for an overnight stay.

Not really things I didn't like, just things to set your expectations: 1. It's a central pub that is popular with locals, so it's quite lively downstairs, nothing bad, just people who have had a drink and are enjoying themselves. So there is external noise, though it calmed down by midnight. It was perfectly fine for what we needed and expected. 2. The room was clean and well appointed, but for people who care about these things, minor things like wallpaper maintenance could have been kept up.
