Comfortable, affordable and clean room. Staff were helpful and friendly. This was our second visit and we will be back. We had meals and drinks downstairs which were delicious. It was very nice sitting on the balcony having a drink, enjoying the breeze and watching the sunset.

It was very warm in the room, but with the doors open until we went to bed, and the fan on it was bearable on 40 degree days.

Clean & comfortable, it was nice to have our own bathroom

Property was fine, good location to go to a concert in the Hunter Valley. The email we received prior to check in said breakfast was $20 per head but we were charged $25 per head.
