I have been staying in hunter valley motels of the same price range for a year now and honestly this one was the worst.

No air conditioner in the room No microwave to heat the food(not even a shared one in the lobby) No room fridge. There are only 2 shared toilets and one of them was having shit load in it. They asked me to share my card details even the CVV otherwise they wont allow me to stay in the motel, that is something personal, now if in future my card is used in fraud or money is withdrawn who will be responsible. There is a smart TV in room but just to use that TV you have to go through a long process of pairing it to your mobile phone, why can't you guys make things simple, people come to relax not to get frustrated.

Great value for the money on the whole - the breakfast was also great value and convenient as its on site, saving us looking elsewhere. Coffee was Excellent !!

The shower drains were full of hair and blocked causing the bathroom area to be a bit flooded . There was No mirror in the room to do my makeup and the area in the bathroom was so small and cramped it could have done with a bit more benchspace for the ladies. There was no hand drying option, in the bathrooms which i found annoying and a simple fix.

Price was good

My room didn’t have any working power outlets

Lovely traditional old style room, (No18) complemented by the bang up to date and immaculate bathroom. Steak on special was excellent and quick to order. Bar staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. Highly recommended.

Small secure car park was full but I did arrive late, no problem parking outside the secure parking area.
