Charmantes Hotel, altmodisch und liebenswert. Hübsche Einrichtung, schöne Lampen, alte Möbel. Der Preis war unschlagbar.

Keine Möglichkeit zu frühstücken und auch kein Café in der Nähe. Die Kneipe unten ist leider nicht so charmant und gemütlich wie der Rest des Hotels. Das Essen ist ok, aber teuer.

Nothing to like - old,tired and needs doing up.

Everything about it - it was old and grim and our window wouldn’t close or lock with stairs leading up to it.

Honestly, nothing. There wasn’t a single part of the experience that went smoothly.

Check-in was a nightmare — I couldn’t find anyone to help, and there was no clear information about how to actually get into my room. When I finally did, the window was broken and had to stay open the whole time, leaving it cold and exposed. Then the key broke off in the door, and I couldn’t even get back into my room. I had to get changed for a wedding in a public bathroom because no one ever came to fix it or give me an update. I paid for a room I never got to stay in. Completely unacceptable.

I need someone to answer their phone The hardest property to get through I wanted to find out what was the latest time that we could arrive as we’re travelling affair distance after about ringing 10 times we gave up and booked somewhere else
