The room . I liked the inclusion of real coffee and a cafetière

The scruffy common parts . I realise it’s a pub but they were very scruffy.

Excellent location, very comfortable and stylish room. Friendly staff.

The WI-FI was terrible and hardly worked at all. Whilst I appreciated having a cafetière in the room there was nowhere to clean it (or my coffee cup) apart from in my bathroom sink.

Walking distance to some great restaurants, easy bus and train access and super friendly staff. Food in the Tavern was good too!

Some noise transfer from the street at night with the tavern downstairs but easily blocked out with earplugs

Great location near to local restaurants and bars. Excellent for transport link to the rest of Bristol. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The pantry area outside of the rooms is so thoughtful and useful, fresh bottled water and milk available in a fridge 24hrs a day. Also breakfast cereals, tea, coffee and sugar.

It’s been a very hot week, so we did miss having air conditioning, maybe a fan available would help

Location is acceptable

Inconvenience of climbing stairs with heavy suitcases. No proper desk, raucous cheering from the pub and no help from the staff.
