Great staff and comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. Large sized room. USB sockets by the bed. Nice, proper, coffee facilities rather than instant.

You can't fill the kettle from the sink! Ridiculously high £150 'security' deposit...that takes days to clear back.

The room itself and nice bathroom, large bed.

The windows didn't shut properly and it's above a noisy pub - it should be made clear in the description as I wouldn't have booked here. I was travelling for work and it just isn't great when you have to be up early. No breakfast options whatsoever was a bit of a downside. Weird communication, from a tenancy company?

"Great spot, great rooms"

Great room, great location, really warm and comfortable.

Access door to flats was broken and blowing in the wind, leaving it a bit insecure. Nothing other than that though.
