There was no food available not even breakfast

Freezing cold room, radiator did not work. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of staff on 3 separate occasions nothing was done to remedy the situation. Had to sleep with coats and clothing over the top of duvet for warmth.

Value for money & free off street parking

Heating wasn't working properly & we were very cold & wasn't any other alternative heating source such as an electric heater or extra blankets. Uncomfortable bec

The man that greeted us was lovely and friendly Convenient location Felt safe in the room

The shower was terrible Poor pressure and barely warm Needed to be able to turn the heater on in the room for greater comfort and warmth

The gentleman and the boy running the place were nice. The mattress was comfortable but the bed was noisy and crackly. Free parking in the property and direct access from it to the interior making it super easy to get in and out with your belongings.

I booked 2 rooms, one of them looked like someone took a nap on top of the duvet and when we got there they said they forgot to stretch the blanket but it was clear that someone laid there. Heating wasn't on and it was freezing, especially in this same room, in the bathroom there was an opening on the ceiling making the entire room humid and cold. 20£ extra charge for bringing my pet, I usually pay 10-15£ for places with higher end qualities and services. Hot water in the shower was a gamble, wouldn't turn off when set in off but in eco, wouldn't go hot in hot but in cold, so taking a shower was quite an adventure. The light switch was by the door and no bed lights, so you would have to go from all to nothing. Toilet would make repeated noises for a while after flushing.
